Pregnancy: The First Trimester

rules:

  • admit that you are not graceful during pregnancy. As your belly grows,

your center of gravity changes, and it becomes more difficult to maintain

    equilibrium

  • always fasten your safety belt in the car
  • do not hop onto the high surfaces and do not jump at all
  • do not wear high-heeled shoes or sandals
  • do not walk on slippery floors with socks on or footwear with smooth

    soles

  • be careful in the bathroom - it is very easy to slip there
  • do not be too active and enthusiastic; very often the cause of an

    accident is tiredness.
