A Brief Lecture on How to Loose Weight Successfully

desire is as natural as combing your hair or dressing tastefully.

It may also be the idea that there are a great many ways that seemingly

lead to losing weight, but few of them (very few) can provide a healthy,

painless weightless without it being a detriment to your health.

It may as well be the idea that maintaining your weight is much more

important a task than losing it. Out of a great many, I know one diet

that maintains your weight and doesn’t harm, but even improves,

the quality of your life. It is a low-fat diet about which I’m going

to tell you with great pleasure.

This idea is the simplest one: the time required by a diet is not an

essential characteristic feature of it. But for some reason, when people

discuss some new method, the first question is always “How long

did it take you to slim down?” Let’s say somebody lost 3 lbs

in a month. It’s a good diet! But what if, out of a hundred people,

only ten managed to complete a month’s course? And what if only

three out of these ten people managed to lose the aforementioned 3 lbs?

No, in this case it is a bad diet. But why then, knowing that some method

leads to a marked loss of weight for such a short period of time, don’t

we want to know how many patients can endure it, how great the risk is

and the percentage of the people who achieved good results in the end?

And so on and so forth.

One more thing. Dieting, if all its rules are carefully obeyed, is a

special kind of art; some delicate work at improving your inner and outer

looks. Having achieved success in this field, you will be a success in

other spheres of your life. Let’s begin without delay.
