By exercising the breast muscles, you can also improve the circulation.

A strong (and slightly enlarged muscle) will create a small layer between

the chest and tissues, and as a result the lactic glands will take the

upper position.

It also mentioned that health improvements can be made by strengthening

the breast muscles. Circulation is not only improved in the breast muscles,

but in the chest and neck as well. So if you do these exercises systematically

you can get rid of back pains.

Today we offer you an exercise which not only strengthens the breast

muscles, but also helps to lift the breasts through a slight stretching

of the inter-rib cartilage of the chest. You will need a fitness ball.

Assume the initial position so that the body and head are on the ball,

and the feet are close to the floor. Lift the arms with dumbbells -- make

sure that the arms are bent in at the elbows and that the elbows are facing

the shoulders.

While exhaling put the arms down (do not bend them), but do not straighten

them in the elbows too much. The most effective amplitude is the following:

put the elbows lower than the level of shoulders. It’s very important

that you can always see the dumbbells. As soon as you feel a slight stretch

in the chest, assume the initial position by connecting the arms. Try

not to straighten the arms completely and do not to move your head back.

At first, do this exercise with a light weight -- 2-3 sets of 15-20

repeats each -- and try to concentrate on the muscles’ stretching.

Consequently, you can take heavier dumbbells so you begin feeling tired

in the interval of 10-15 repeats.
