An Introduction to Office Fitness

A figure… Everyone has his or her own concept about the ideal forms of a human body. A concept about how you should look in order to “feel fit” depends on many factors: social, psychological, professional, and so on. But many people are guided by the necessity of agreeing with some standards in any kind of occupation, or just by the need to please others.

There are many methods of successful advancement towards the goal. One of them is fitness. Fitness is a component part of physical training of a man which is directed to the maintenance of a physical form and health, and to the normalization of a psycho-emotional state of a man with the help of physical exercises and the elimination of bad habits.

Nowadays fitness is the most popular method among the population of the world to preserve health and to hold a body in tone. There are many types of fitness, but many of them demand a special place, equipment, or fitness-coach that helps to achieve a cherished aim with a minimal temporal (and sometimes financial) outgoing. That’s why many of those individuals who have chosen this way “to feel fit” rush into various fitness clubs where the whole service spectrum in the field of a body culture is presented. But fitness is not a sport (although sometimes people go to such extremes that they could outclass many professional sportsmen).

The fact is that many of those who are going in for fitness lead a so-called sedentary way of life in their basic kind of work. And the time they spend in this sedentary way of life is much more than the time they spend on fitness activities. If your boss gives you some work that should have been done “the day before”, a path to a fitness club would be overgrown on an indefinite interval. How could you hold the form in such cases?

Some personal trainers advise to cut down the intake of high-calorie food. But this variant could be advised only by those trainers who haven’t been busy with anything but emulative activities. In a state of hunger, it’s impossible to do any serious mental work because our brains use carbohydrates (glucose) that are taken into our bodies as food. And if we cut down their coming into our body, a premium could become less received.

As a result, the number of cups of coffee and smoked cigarettes increases, nervousness rises, and the first symptoms of chronic overstrain appear. Then depression comes, and it is usually cured at home through alcohol or over-eating. Then, of course, you gain weight and try to lose it, and as a result you suffer within a vicious circle. How could you pass such a variant of an event development? Our suggestion is fitness in the office!
