Want to burn fat but don't have enough time?


We're all busy these days. It's difficult to make time for a workout, but what if you could spare just 10-20 minutes? Can you make that time count?

 

Burn fat fast!

To maximize your fat burning in a limited amount of time, try to target multiple muscle groups at the same time. Doing crunches? Work your arms at the same time. Doing squats? Add an overhead press. Doing pushups? Make those squat thrusts with pushups. The sky's the limit -- use your imagination and push yourself to the limit. Make that time count!

 

Variety can help you burn fat

Change things up by interchanging different exercises. Ideally, you'll change exercises every 30 to 60 seconds, but even switching it up every five minutes will be rewarding. Push yourself as much as you are comfortable with. Some ideas are planks, overhead presses, squat thrusts, jumping rope, and even running or walking. Not only will the variety in exercises help you burn fat more quickly, it will also keep you interested in exercise.

Remember, any exercise is better than no exercise. If you can only spare 10 minutes, make it count. The more time the better though. Be warned, once you start exercising you might be hooked!
