The easiest and one of the most effective types of massage is aqua massage, or hydro massage. Water has a very soft, caring effect on your skin and keeps your muscles toned. Depending on the results you want to achieve, you can try the water stream, bath, compress or contrast douche. A shower is a part of our everyday life – why not make it more centered on the bosom? It will only take several minutes, but we promise great results!

Massaging your breasts with water streams will tone the bust muscles that “support” the bosom. If you follow all the instructions, it makes your curves firm and well shaped.

The most important thing is to do hydro massage regularly (mornings are the best). If you don’t have enough time to do it every day, try at least 3-4 times a week. This will tone your bust muscles, increase your local blood circulation, and accelerate the metabolism which all results in a cell regeneration process.

Now the massage itself. Regulate the intensity of the water stream and turn it at your bust. It must be weak enough not to hurt the breasts, but strong enough to produce the desirable effect. Water can be either warm or cold; the most important is you must feel comfortable. Turn the stream in circular movements to the top of the breast (you must make 10-15 sets on each side). Massage should be more intensive in the area under your breasts, as this area is responsible for the “support”. Avoid the nipples and the nipple area, as they are more sensitive then the rest of your bust. Gradually move the stream up to the axilla and back to the breasts.

Massage of the paramammary area requires more intense stream and movements but remember to reduce the intensity of the stream when you go back to the breasts themselves.

Such shower usually lasts for 8-10 minutes. When you are done, apply some lifting bust-care gel or moisturizing cream and rub it in thoroughly.

Diffused hydro massage is also very effective. It affects the skin more intensively – it touches the surface bust muscles and stimulates the bust nerve endings, thereby increasing the sensitivity of the skin and the nipples. This massage is done in the following way: move the diffused stream in circular movements from the ribs to your shoulders (you can touch the neck as well). It usually takes about 15-20 minutes and is followed by the after-shower procedure described above.

Another effective way to keep the bosom firm is taking cold showers or contrast douche (first hot, and then cold shower). Hot water cleans the skin, opens the pores and relaxes the muscles, while cold shower increases the blood circulation and tones your skin.

Another type of massage that has become rather popular lately is salty water massage. It’s well known that salty seawater produces a great healthy effect on the body. The greatest thing about this massage, however, is that you don’t need to pack the suitcase and buy a ticket to the coast – you can just buy a pack of sea-salt in the nearest drugstore and make a bath (100 g of salt for 1 liter of water). While taking a bath, carefully massage the bust in circular movements (do not squeeze it!).
